TERMS & CONDITIONS
Delivery: We do offer Free In-Home Delivery with a purchase of $499 or more with-in a 60-mile radius of our location. Upon delivery, you must carefully examine each piece of furniture and notate any issues prior to the delivery team leaving. You must notify Bescheinen Furniture within 3 days from delivery if you wish to report a defect not seen during the scheduled delivery. If a defect is reported, we will schedule a Service Technician to come to your home to assess the condition of the furniture and correct it if one exists. If the defect cannot be corrected, we will replace it with the same item if one is available. No returns accepted after 7 days. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee; if there is a delivery fee, the original delivery fee will not be refunded and a pick up fee equal to the delivery fee will be assessed.
Special Orders: Typically special orders arrive with in three to six weeks depending on the manufacturer. All Special Order sales are final - no returns or exchanges. NO EXCEPTIONS! You, the purchaser, are solely responsible for items fitting into your premises (including all accessibility and entrances) and for any customization in design or upholstery. Be certain the color you order is the color you desire. In the case of entertainment centers, you are responsible for your television and electronic devices fitting in the provided openings.
Final Sale/As Is Merchandise: Clearance and all As-Is merchandise is purchased on an “As Is” and “With All Faults” basis. Please inspect thoroughly before purchasing. The entire risk as to quality and performance of the merchandise is with the buyer. Should the merchandise prove defective following purchase, the buyer, and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer, assumes the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs. The merchandise may not be exchanged, returned, or receive a price adjustment and is not covered by any warranties for existing or future damage.
About Deliveries: It is our intent to provide you with outstanding delivery service. Should you need to reschedule a delivery, please call a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date at (573) 897-2480. Please understand that the delivery team CANNOT deliver to your home unless an adult is present; remove old furniture from your home; assemble electronic or computer equipment; hang mirrors on wall; take back any merchandise unless previously authorized; remove waterbeds; or move other furniture from one floor to another to accommodate new furniture being delivered. The delivery team CAN attach hardware, hutch top to base, mirrors to dresser and place shelves; assemble beds and place bedding on bed frames; remove packing material from your home; dispose of your old bedding, if arrangements have been made with the store at the time of purchase.
Customer Pick-up: Please make an appointment for your pick-up at least 24 hours prior to pick-up. You must have your receipt with you. We request that upon pick-up, you carefully examine each piece of merchandise. Customer assumes full responsibility for any damage and/or liabilities that result from loading, securing and/or transportation of merchandise. Merchandise must be picked-up within 7 days of being notified that the merchandise is in.
Warranty: Within the manufacturer warranty period, please contact Bescheinen Furniture. In order to expedite the process, you will be asked to provide photos of the item in question and a detailed explanation of the problem.
